How to take
Take 1000mg = 1/4 teaspoon 3 times daily mixed in a glass of water. Increase if fighting an infection until you reach bowel tolerance.
Take with or without meals.
Important helpful tip :If your children are receiving vaccinations, give small amounts of Vitamin C 1/8th tsp regularly atleast one week before vaccinations and atleast 6 weeks after.
Babies under 1 can lick small amounts off your finger a couple of times per day.
