Sodium Ascorbate powder is a non-acidic form of Vitamin C.
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that cannot be produced by the body, therefore, it must be replenished daily.
Vitamin C has intrinsic antiviral and antibacterial properties
Beneficial for:
General immunity boosting, helping to ward off or prevent colds & flus, assisting the healing of wounds, and aiding the body in fighting infection.
Can be dissolved in water
How to take
Take 1000mg = 1/4 teaspoon 3 times daily mixed in a glass of water. Increase if fighting an infection until you reach bowel tolerance.
Take with or without meals.
Important helpful tip :If your children are receiving vaccinations, give small amounts of Vitamin C (less than 1/4 tsp for under 5) regulary atleast one week before vaccinations and atleast 6 weeks after.
Babies under 1 can lick small amounts off your finger a couple of times per day

I take large doses of Vit C daily in line with Dr Linus Pauling's protocol for heart health. I combine Sodium Ascorbate with Ascorbic Acid to reduce the sodium load of the former and improve the taste of the latter.

The wonders of Vitamin C
I've been using this product for a year now, I cannot be without it. It's especially great for children to help them get through the school year. I mix it with room temperature orange juice as it doesn't taste that good. You need to experiment with the dosage and frequency to get the best results.
