27mm flange
Works great. Purchased two of these after the smaller flanges wasn't working well for my larger bossums. Got a lot more milk after switching to the larger flange and was much more comfortable. Only downfall is not getting the cushion with it like you do with the 24mm flanges.

Breast shield flange 27 mm
This is what it says - a bigger flange for use with the pump. It is exactly the same as the one that comes with the pump, just bigger. Be aware however that it only includes one. If you want a set you will need to buy two!
